Intellectual property
Unauthorised copying, modification, or distribution of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of Hisham Kherbouch.
Changes to the Application and pricing
We reserve the right to modify the Application or its pricing at any time. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you before they apply.
Subscriptions
FitFlow offers optional paid subscriptions (monthly and annual) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Not medical advice
FitFlow is a general fitness tracking tool. The AI Coach and all content within the Application are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new fitness programme.
Artificial Intelligence
The AI Coach feature is powered by Google Gemini. AI-generated responses are labelled within the Application. Responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your individual circumstances. Use AI Coach guidance at your own discretion.
Internet connectivity
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. We are not responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi access or exhausted mobile data. Standard data charges from your network provider may apply, including roaming charges when used outside your home region.
Device responsibility
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and your access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and affect Application functionality.
Limitation of liability
While we strive to keep the Application accurate and up to date, we rely on third-party data sources and cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the Application's content or features.
Updates and termination
We may update the Application from time to time. Continued use requires acceptance of updates when offered. We reserve the right to cease providing the Application at any time. Upon termination, the rights and licences granted to you under these terms will end and you must cease using and delete the Application from your device.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. We will notify you of any changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
